Additional Clauses

BeansForSharing is a DBA of Puget Ground Corp ,licensed in Washington State. BFS exists to enable entities to raise funds, both onsite and online. A choice of participating charity trust recipients will be displayed at checkout. 100% of net profits on any product sold will be directed towards that entity.

Use of BeansForSharing (BFS) Products or services enters both parties into the following binding agreement: BFS will not be required to participate in, engage with or enable, any Fundraising activity with any entity or organization, individual, company or corporation that exists to raise funds for political purposes, or any agenda organization that does not promote or operate with the principles and concept of; Love, Kindness, Forgiveness, Generosity, Patience, Self Control, and Honesty. PGC and BFS reserve the right to reject certain products or services offered or requested that do not fit the concepts listed in this policy and agreement.

Modifications

This Privacy Policy may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to our data collection process. When we amend this Privacy Policy we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this Privacy Policy. We recommend that our users periodically review our Privacy Policy to ensure that they are notified of any updates. If necessary, we may notify users by email of changes to this Privacy Policy.
