Wow, this coffee has truly changed my relationship with what I thought coffee was. I was someone who would get a bit jittery from coffee so, although I love the taste of coffee, I was unable to drink coffee often or even much. With this quality of coffee I am amazed, I get to enjoy the ritual of coffee and my body is in agreeance. Its so very important for me to feed my body nourishment and I have learned over the years to trust her communication, coffee had been hard on my nerves. However, I realize now.. once again, when we grow our food in alliance with natures cycles and care for one another it also translates to the individual. This coffee is organic, shade grown, ethically grown and sourced… how can so many needs be getting met!? This is so exciting for me. I share it with all my friends and they are wowed at the oily-ness of the beans, the freshness and incredible flavor as well. Could not recommend this coffee with more enthusiasm!
