Meet The Furtues

The “Furtue Bears” were born of a desire to share virtues with children. They are teddy bears that wear T-shirts, each displaying a different virtue. Each picture and story is designed to show the beauty of virtue. We want children to see virtue in action rather than examples of failure. The name comes from the combination of fur for the teddy bears and the virtue on their shirt. When you give a child a “Furtue Bear”, we recommend asking them what they think it means. Living with virtues makes the planet we have been gifted with a wonderful and happy place!

Meet The Furtues Love

Love is the virtue that will lead to all other virtues. If you have Love, you will be motivated to have; kindness, patience, forgiveness, generosity, self control, honesty, empathy, and more.

Here love is shown in the actions of a dog. Dogs have a straightforward unconditional love that is easy to see. Dogs are not ashamed to express their love.

Forgiveness Bear

Forgiveness

Forgiveness is a beautiful and difficult thing. Kids need examples of Forgiveness. In the image created for the "Forgiveness bear" the forgiveness is mutual. The boys' forgiveness for each other does not get rid of their bruises or the mud on their clothes but it does help them to move on and allows them to be friends again.

Kindness Bear

Kindness

Everyone needs a little Kindness sometimes

More Furtures coming soon

There are a whole lot more virtues out there and we cant wait to share them with you. So we will be working hard on a lot more cuddlable goodness. We promise.
