Two part question:
- Who has the most expensive Coffee in the world?
- How much is this coffee?
Answers:
- There are two answers I found and I’m not quite sure which one is correct so here you go….- is the name of the coffee that seems to be the most popularly known for its high prices and delicious flavors. It is a coffee bean that is eaten by a mammal called a civet and excreted out to make the very popular coffee that people will pay a “mint” for. – Black Ivory Coffee is the name of the other coffee I found that is renowned for its flavor and high price tag. This coffee comes from Thailand and much like the Kopi Iuwak coffee is eaten by a mammal and excreted out to make the high market blend. This time the animal is an elephant that gives the juicy flavors and context. Perhaps this is another curiosity that will call for its own blog investigation. Check out our blog posts for more or request this topic on our webpage.
- The Kopi Iuwak coffee is upwards of $600/lb while the Black Ivory Coffee can go for $1500/lb!
